Return&Refund online shop makes sales based our excellent designs and proven reliability. We have a QA team to test that you ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you, so our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully confirm your size before buying (each item has its own sizes, which will be shown on each item page product description section).

• All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Returns accepted if product not as described.


Return Policies:

Items are returnable within 30 days. Non-defective product returns are accepted if the following criteria are met:
– received by us within 30 days from the date you receive the items
– remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging
– return shipping is paid for by buyer
– make a paper note with your order number in the package so that our Account Department can find your order easily and will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
– Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.


• You can go to Contact Us page by providing us Your Order Number and describe the missing parts or items and select Send e-mail. And we will make a reply within 48 hours.


Items Not Eligible for Return
Bodysuits, Swimwear, Lingerie&Sleepwear, Jewelry and Accessories are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.



About Exchanges & Replacements
You can exchange or replace an item through Contact page to leave us the message if your exchange or replacement meets certain criteria.

You can exchange an item through our Contact Us page if your return item wasn’t purchased with a promotion, the return item isn’t subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.
Note: We can’t process exchanges for gift returns unless you’re the original purchaser of the gift. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.


Exchanges for a Different Size or Color

This option is available for apparel, sports, shoes, baby products, jewelry, luggage and watch items that have a size or color variation. The exchange item must be:
• A different size or color than the return item
• Shipped and sold by
• Return back shipping fees are paid by buyer
• Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.




Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
